Bench Grades:

SG. Atlanta Hawks. BOGDAN BOGDANOVIC. D. Playing just 18 minutes after suffering a minor injury during Monday’s game, Bogi didn’t do much. He scored just two points, missing all three of his 3-point attempts. Like Trae, he looked hesitant to shoot at times and turned down a few open shots.

Atlanta Hawks. BRANDON GOODWIN. B. With Trae Young looking lost and Rajon Rondo out with injury, Goodwin stepped up in a big way. He played energetic defense and hit some big buckets on the other end. He was a key reason the Hawks were able to mount a comeback, as evidenced by his team-high plus/minus of +9.. PG

SG. Atlanta Hawks. KEVIN HUERTER. B +. Huerter made five 3s, albeit on 12 attempts. I do like seeing a more aggressive Huerter, however and his 19 points were second most on the team.

Atlanta Hawks. SOLOMON HILL. C. Just 11 minutes for 11 who, like Capela, could have been used more down the stretch. He finished with two points and two rebounds.. SF

C. Finally some playing time for Knight, who logged more than one minute of play for the first time since his breakout performance in Memphis. “More than one minute” is not an understatement, however, as he played two minutes and 45 seconds. Why? Just like all my other not-so-subtle gripes about the rotation tonight, I have no idea.. PF. Atlanta Hawks. NATHAN KNIGHT
