Atlanta Hawks season highlights for Clint Capela

The Hawks pivot had one of the most incredible statistical seasons and this helped the Hawks win which would have made Capela a happy man. He had three games where he collected more than twenty points and twenty rebounds. These huge games resulted in two wins for the Hawks.

Staying on the double-double train of thought, Capela had 48 for the season. This was good enough for equal fifth in the NBA behind Nikola Jokic, Russell Westbrook, Rudy Gobert, and Jonas Valanciunas. This is a pretty good company to be in.

On top of that, Capela had his first-ever triple-double against the Minnesota Timberwolves. He had 13 points, 19 rebounds, and an incredible 10 blocks. Capela simply challenged every shot and changed the way that the Timberwolves attacked the Hawks’ paint. It was truly a defensive masterclass.

There were so many highlights on the season for Capela, it is a difficult task to condense them all. However, with that being said, the pivot was always in the right position to receive a pass from Trae Young or John Collins to throw down a huge dunk which would give the Hawks momentum or continue their run. He also was able to help by getting crucial offensive rebounds and putbacks.
