Atlanta Hawks goals for Bogdan Bogdanovic No. 2) Stay healthy

While this is the goal of every player on every team, Bogdanovic is one of the most crucial pieces for the Hawks. He is their secondary playmaker who keeps the pressure off Trae Young when the superstar is under pressure up the court.

He also goes on scoring runs early in games which takes the pressure off the rest of the team. Unfortunately, you can’t do this while you don’t have your legs under you the way the rest of your body expects during the shooting motion.

As mentioned earlier, Bogdanovic had two separate issues with his knees last season. He has only been in the NBA for four years but played a long time in Europe before that.  While wear and tear can happen at any time throughout a career, Bogdanovic needs to rehabilitate this offseason as he is almost 30.

Bogdanovic has shown that he is more than capable on both ends of the court but in order for him to be effective he needs to be on the court. He also needs to be near full health in order to impact the games with his shooting and general play.
