Atlanta Hawks offseason improvement for Cam Reddish No.2) Being consistent

Travis Schlenk said in a press conference that the number one thing he wants to see from Reddish is consistency. Hawks fans have seen Reddish show glimpses of his potential, then other times can leave you scratching your head.

Reddish is aiming to take that next step has to be more consistent with his game and not play out of control. He needs to play smarter and within the team unless he gets hot. He can be an All-NBA defender as well if he brings it every night.

Reddish has been blessed with the physical tools which is why Hawks fans want to see it translate on the floor. The Hawks coaching staff is working with Reddish, helping him towards this goal. It is also going to be interesting to see the growth of Reddish under the guidance of Head Coach Nate McMillian. Many of the Hawks players showed improvement under McMillian. Will Reddish be the next to show that growth?

Reddish is going to come into this season with some spotlight on him. Schlenk already said what he wants to see. This could go a long way in maybe Schlenk and Tony Ressler deciding if they keep Reddish with the team in the long term.
