I could tell an even faster pace was played tonight above all other games. It was exactly the pace he wanted, yet he still lost thanks to the timely shooting from the Nets and the unguardable Deron Williams in the fourth.
A couple of good adjustments in the late stretches of the fourth like the Bazemore one on one assignment to help force a chance to win. Perfect set design for Korver with that three just rimming out would have made it a lot more interesting, however, it shouldn’t have even come to that.
The biggest thing to take away is how to hold Brooklyn from overtaking our leads. Luckily, he gets the added advantage of home court to aid in those efforts.
