There’s an alternate universe where Paul George is a Hawk
Jack O’Donnell imagines an alternate universe where Atlanta’s pursuit of Paul George was successful. It wasn’t close to happening. A lineup of Dennis Schroder, Tim Hardaway Jr., Paul George, Paul Millsap, and Dwight Howard would be formidable. The Hawks still wouldn’t have a chance against LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers, but being the second best team in the Eastern Conference would be fun.

Justin Patton makes sense for the Atlanta Hawks
Justin Patton is a name being linked to the Hawks in the latest NBA Draft chatter. Patton is a 7-foot center from Creighton that can run the floor, finish at the rim, shoot, and defend the rim. He’s a raw, high upside prospect that will be the prototypical big man for the modern NBA if he reaches his ceiling. He’s worth the risk and the Hawks should strongly consider taking him.
