The Hawks bench was not used as much as it was during the regular season. Coach Nate McMillan has shortened his rotation so that only Kevin Huerter and Danilo Gallinari have been getting consistent minutes.
This means that Onyeka Okongwu, Lou Williams, and Solomon Hill are not getting their usual rotation minutes. They are being inserted into the game at crucial moments, giving the starters minutes where they can rest at the end and start of quarters, maximizing the time they get to rest.
The Hawks starters are a match from most teams in the NBA, and their bench, on their day, is one of the best in the NBA as well. The 76ers bench is one of the hardest to stop in the NBA as well. The reason for this is that it is a different player every night who has the potential to heat up.
McMillan is showing incredible game management, putting the right players on the court at the right time. That is going to be harder against the 76ers due to the greater levels of talent they possess. Each player who steps on the court is going to need to bring their best effort, the success of the Hawks will depend on it.
