Legend for Atlanta Hawks rookie Jalen Johnson to study No. 3) LeBron James

More from Soaring Down South

Who better to study than one of the best players of any generation, particularly one who plays the same position as you. LeBron James has made a career for himself by being bigger, stronger, and better than his competition.

James has such a diverse skill set that it is incredibly difficult to stop him. He is too big for most guards to defend and he is too fast for another wing to slow him down. He can shoot, pass, dribble, and basically do anything he wants on the basketball court.

While I am not saying that Johnson is going to be the next LeBron James, he has the chance to emulate some of his achievements. He already has some good handles and his ability to see and make a pass has already been very evident at this year’s summer league.

James did not have a good 3-point shot when he entered the league. As he is a lot better now, Johnson needs to see how James worked on the shot so that he can get better, especially in the half-court offense.
