The 50/40/90 club gained another member last season when Kyrie Irving joined its exclusive ranks. However, when you look at the numbers Bogdanovic was able to put up it is clear that he is not far off from joining this club.
Bogdanovic had his best-ever shooting season in the NBA, going at 47.3 percent from the floor, 43.8 percent from beyond the arc, and 90.9 percent from the line. He only just missed out on the magical 50 percent from the floor which would have seen him join this club.
As mentioned in the previous slide, the NBA is a league where the margins are so narrow. He only needed 16 more shots to go down and this goal would have been something else. There is no reason to suspect that Bogdanovic will not be able to get there next season.

Let’s not forget that it was Bogdanovic’s first season with the franchise and he had not played with Trae Young before. There were also so many other new players that the sharp-shooter should improve his numbers as the chemistry with his team improves. This has got to be a scary proposition for the rest of the league.
