Atlanta Hawks star Trae Young and the most important ring

Atlanta Hawks superstar Trae Young is starting to get his life totally in order on and off the court. Last offseason he built a gym at his house which allowed him to practice any time that the desire took him and he is so dedicated to his craft, that would have been often.

However, that step in life paled into insignificance when he proposed to his long-term girlfriend Shelby Miller, and of course, she said yes. This goes to show that fame has not changed Young, he is still loyal to those who have helped him on his path to stardom.

This ring is the most important one that he will have this year and will hopefully see him live a happy and full life with Miller. However, professionally he now needs on focussing on getting a ring for himself.

The Atlanta Hawks need Trae Young more than ever for a championship ring.

Now, a disclaimer here is needed, I do not believe that Young has been distracted by his engagement. There are very few players with the work ethic and drive that Young has. He is putting his body on the line on a nightly basis to help the team win.

With that being said, the Hawks need Young to produce at his current level or greater, which is historic, if they are going to get back in the upper echelon of the Eastern Conference. They have had so many injuries and without the production of Young, the Hawks season would be lost already.

Now that the injury crisis is starting to abate, Young needs to keep his foot on the pedal and make sure that everyone on the team is involved in the game. If he is able to do this then he will get the chance to get another special ring.
